Similar to our recipes, we recognize that variety is the spice of life, and therefore, our employees also bring their uniqueness and color to our fantastic team. We’re eager to work with humble team players and pragmatic next-level thinkers to innovate on Home Chef’s offerings.

We are looking for an exceptional people leader who can coach our plant employees to create a vision for lean operations and drive lasting, impactful change at our production facilities. We are seeking a no-nonsense, hands-on leader to enable systematic improvements in all areas of fulfillment, from light assembly and inventory management, to implementing enterprise-wide technology (e.g., WMS). The ideal candidate will be able to lead insightful, rapid problem-solving to unlock value; he or she will be equally comfortable to see through tactical change on the shop floor and in the warehouse. This role is a unique opportunity to put his/her mark on driving best-in-class lean operational practices and build a high-skill, impact-led team at a fast-paced start-up.

Distinctive performers will have ample opportunities to grow and progress quickly in our rapidly expanding operations organization. The Continuous Improvement Manager reports directly to the fulfillment center’s plant manager and is based in Lithia Springs, GA. We invest heavily in our people at Home Chef, and we are looking for leaders who are effective and efficient managers, but also role models and mentors.
