The National Inventory Manager works with the Sr Director, Fulfillment to develop and execute inventory goals and initiatives that contribute to achieving the broader operational goals. To achieve these goals, the National Inventory Manager works cross functionally to design, implement, and continuously improve tools and processes and within the Inventory team to improve performance against key metrics. The National Inventory Manager provides corporate oversight to the Inventory teams in each plant, which are responsible for assigning product to storage locations, managing daily, weekly, and monthly inventories, and overseeing the annual external audit procedures. The Inventory manager is the liaison for finance and operations ensuring all transactions affecting our company’s inventory have been thoroughly researched and processed to bring the most accurate accounting.

The Buyer is responsible for purchasing all items for their region and category.. They are responsible for managing supplier relationships, determining order quantities, ensuring all products arrive in a timely manner and meet quality expectations, as well as working to improve purchasing KPIs.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems to maximize productivity and minimize downtime through the plant. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of maintenance technicians, prioritize tasks, and contribute to the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs. They will install, maintain and replace automation systems. These responsibilities include troubleshooting component parts, motion sensors, control components, photo sensors, PLC’s, and other automation-related equipment. In addition, the Maintenance Supervisor will own contractor management as well as ensuring all techs and contractors follow GMP and Safety policies.
The EHS Specialist holds responsibility for the enforcement of the Home Chef Safety, Health, and Environmental (EH&S) policies for all departments and all employees in the plant.
